The development company for THE FALLS project is the Bangkok based Vital Residence Ltd. The Swiss owned Vital Residence Ltd. is promoted and certificated by the Board of Investment Thailand (BOI).
The BOI (Division of the Ministry of Economics) in Thailand supports selected foreign companies, who wish to invest in Thailand. The BOI allows foreign companies to keep 100% foreign ownership and control of the company and the purchased land provided that the foreign company adheres to strict guidelines, procedures and policies laid down by the Ministry of Economics.
